Fees & Term Dates
Trial Classes
At Empire Dance Scotland, we offer a trial class for each new student. We like to make sure they enjoy the class before asking you to commit to a full term of classes and fees. Trial classes can be booked online via email, Facebook or Instagram, over the phone or in person.
We just ask that you pay a small deposit for this trial class to ensure we can cover costs for each child. The prices for trial classes are detailed below and can be paid on the day or by bank transfer before the class.

Fees & Term Dates
Our Terms line up with the local schools and fees are paid in a block at the start of each new term. Fees can be paid via bank transfer, or in cash if you prefer.
We will send out an email 4 weeks before each new term starts with your invoice for the upcoming term. Invoices have a due date of the first day of term, so you'll have 4 weeks to pay your invoice. If invoices aren't paid by the first day of class, there is a further 1 week grace period. But if fees aren't paid by the second week, unfortunately your dancer won't be permitted to join their class. Please contact us regarding exceptional circumstances as we will of course consider each family's individual situation. Each term will be slightly different (depending on school terms) Terms are usually between 6 and 11 weeks.
Fees for ten week terms (as a guide) are as follows:
Half Hour Classes
£42 for a 10 week block (minus the £4.20 deposit paid for trial class if applicable)
45 Minute Classes
£63 for a 10 week block (minus the £6.30 deposit paid for trial class if applicable)
60 Minute Classes
£72 for a 10 week block (minus the £7.20 deposit paid for trial class if applicable)

If attending 3 or more classes (per family), students will receive a 5% discount on termly fees.

If attending 5 or more classes (per family), students will receive a 10% discount on termly fees.

If attending the same class twice a week, dancers will receive an extra discount.

We have a fee cap of £25 per dancer per week, so if your dancer is attending loads of classes and your ten week bill surpasses £250, it will be capped at this amount, with dancers able to attend unlimited classes relevant to their age group.
